The vast majority of customers come your web site to find a particular vehicle, and, if you dont have it, they have no reason to leave you contact information or to contact you.

With Virtual Inventory the customer has the ability to connect with the vehicle they want, apply for a loan, ask a question, get a quote, or, set an appointment for a Demo ride.

With the introduction of the Internet the question that many Dealers have vacillated about is, do you or don’t you show your inventory. Even if you do carry a large inventory, you still don’t have every possible color combination available.

Dealers have always known they can get just about any model or make they want through the Dealer Trade process, or by purchasing it from another dealer
